These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoworkAI, a product of Uhadi Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
CoworkAI is an AI-powered meeting productivity platform that provides:
- Meeting transcription — Record and transcribe meetings in 11+ African languages and 99+ global languages using AI speech-to-text technology.
- AI-generated summaries — Automatic meeting summaries, action items, and key points.
- Google Calendar sync — Read-only integration with Google Calendar to display upcoming meetings, send reminders, and match recordings to calendar events.
- Team collaboration — Share transcriptions and meeting notes with team members.
- Push notifications and email reminders — Configurable meeting reminders delivered to your devices.
The Service is available on Android, iOS, and web platforms.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Responsibilities
When using CoworkAI, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Obtain consent from all meeting participants before recording, where required by law.
- Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
- Not use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or interfere with other users.
- Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
CoworkAI offers the following subscription plans (prices in South African Rand):

- Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.
- Refunds are handled according to the policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, as applicable.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.
5. Intellectual Property
- The CoworkAI application, branding, and underlying technology are the property of Uhadi Technology.
- You retain ownership of all content you upload (audio recordings, notes, etc.).
- By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., sending audio to transcription providers).
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, Google Cloud, AssemblyAI, and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- That transcription output will be 100% accurate. AI-generated transcriptions and summaries may contain errors and should be reviewed by the user.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uhadi Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
- Inaccurate transcriptions or summaries.
- Interruption or unavailability of the Service.
- Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
- You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
